She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Lewis; her father Royce Martin; and her stepmother Mary Martin (Carver). She is survived by: her siblings, Gregory Martin, Cheryl Martin, Douglas Martin (Julie) and Dennis Martin; her stepsiblings, Sherry Bufka, Susan Carver and Paul Carver; and her stepchildren, Cathie Westjohn, Jay Lewis (Carrie), Ken Lewis (Wendee) and Earl Lewis (Jennifer). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews and 2 great nephews.
