He is survived by: his wife Lew Anne; his children, Josef Fath, Amy Stahl (Mark) and April Roth (Jeff Bennett); his son-in-law Michael Roth; his grandchildren, Lily Roth, Arabella Roth, Thaila Fath, Carley and LaVier; and his siblings, David Fath, Mark Fath, Norman Fath (Gloria), Reynetta Fath and Vernon Fath (Mary McKitrick).
