She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Starks and Rhea Starks; her brother Ralph "Pooch" Starks Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Esther Starks and Mary Starks; her sister Judy; her brother-in-law Dick Tripp; and her grandson Brandon Somerville.
She is survived by: her children, Kellie Somerville and Patrick Varner; her grandchildren, Kelsy Weaver (Chad) and Brandy Somerville; her great grandchildren, Branson Weaver and Sawyer Weaver; and her siblings, Polly Prince and Jack Starks. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in her honor.
