She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Kern Sr. and Anna Kern (Beller); and her brothers, Ricky Kern, Fred Kern (Donna) and Gregory Kern (Judy).
She is survived by: her husband William L. Foster; her children, Rodney William Foster (Karen) and Sherri Jean Foster (Wendell Ruder); and her siblings, Theodore Kern, Jr. (late Karen), Marilyn Major (late Boogie), Jerry Kern (Sandy), Kathy York (Tom) and Renee Hecht (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. John Lutheran Church.
