He was predeceased by: his grandfather Brian Curtis. He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Hanline (Robert) and Jason Curtis (Stacie); his brothers, Austin and Eli Curtis; his stepsister Danielle Hanline; his grandparents, Randy Breternitz (Karen), Bunny Curtis and Sandra Shaffer; his aunts, Lorraine Breternitz, Amy Curtis and Tonya Gohl (Chad); and his uncle Devon Shaffer (Mary).
