He is survived by: his wife Melinda Pharis; his daughters, Capri Pharis (David), Maleeyah Pharis, Dekota Hebner (Chris) and Caryssa Hebner; his grandson Carter Cole; his siblings, Dana Rambo (Billy), Dean Pharis (Jody), Kenny, Cary and William Zimmerman; his parents-in-law, Dorothy and Ken Nitzh; his sister-in-law Virginia Hawkins (Marcus); his mother Nancy Krawczak; his stepfather Jack Krawczak; his siblings, Crystal Rambo and Ron Satkowiak, Jr.; and his nephew Ryan Satkowiak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
