She was predeceased by: her parents, Cass Pawlak and Julia Pawlak (Peplinksi); her husband Ronald Mack; and her brothers, Robert Cass Pawlak and Richard Pawlak.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Lynn Tobey and Kevin Robert Stokes; her grandchildren, Kerri Monnerat, Jason Vickers, Kayla Tobey, Elizabeth Stokes, Robert Stokes and Victoria Stokes; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Vickers, Lucy Vickers, Joey Vickers and Mitchell Monnerat.
