She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Loyd, Bernarda Littich, Zane and Virginia Gray; and her father-in-law Richard Zolinski.

She is survived by: her parents, David Gray (Sandra) and Michele LeBrun (Littich); her daughter Alyvia Michele; her husband Erich Zolinski; her daughter Kylie; her brother Matt Gray; her nieces, Margaret, Victoria, Charlotte, Lori Wille (Fred) and Anissa; her stepsiblings, Kelly Kuhns and Casey Carnahan (Amy); her nephews, Tyler (Erin) and Drew; and her niece Emily. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe account has been established by co-workers at the Michigan Department of Corrections for Nicole's family.
