She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Catherine Myers Apsey (White) and Samuel F. Myers; her husband Douglas R. MacLeod; her children-in-law, Teri Sherk (Jeff) and Butch Dunkley; and her granddaughters, Salana Dunklee and Taylor Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Struble (James), Jeffrey A. Henning, Annette Dunklee (Butch) and Christopher J. Hart; and her sisters, Linda Morgan (Terry) and Sharon Schondelmeyer (Kenneth). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
