She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Marian Lombardo, Wayne and Wilma Young; her uncle Chad Young; and her cousin Joey Vitale.
She is survived by: her parents, John and Catherine; her siblings, Jacob Lombardo, Kayla Sipple (Skyler) and Gabriella Lombardo; her niece Charlotte; her nephews, Wesley and Wilker; and her grandfather Joseph Lombardo. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
