He was predeceased by: his father Larry Howlett, Jr.. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jesse, Patience, Levi and Logan; his mother Carol Howlett; his children, Desiree Hansen, Michael Howlett, Keith Siple and Cameron Ralston; and his siblings, Larry Howlett (Cheryl), Keri Belka (Kirt), Steve Howlett (Vicky) and Jim Howlett. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, extended family & his motorcycle friends.
