She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fowler and Maxine Fowler (Boone); and her son Jonathan DeForest. She is survived by: her daughter Marie Gage (Ken); her grandchildren, Aleida Gorgol (James), Daniel Rivera (Cristina) and Esteban Rivera; her great grandchildren, Sammy, Owen, Emilia and Emerson; and her sister Angie Waters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
