She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anes and Bernice Anes; her husband Richard Chlebek; and her siblings, Helen Batt, Terry Anes (Mae), Kenneth Anes (JoAnne) and Roy Anes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathie Jo Rokita (Rick) and Amy Lynn Blakeslee (David); her grandsons, James Speck (Erika), Michael Speck (Erin), Alexander Chlebek-Schmuker, Zachary Schmuker and Mason Schmuker; her great grandchildren, Zoë Speck, Nathan Speck, Ali Mae Speck and Layne Speck; and her brothers, Larry Anes (Barb) and Robert Anes. She is also survived by extended family and numerous nieces and nephews.
