He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee and Bernice Belle Hinton (Jason); his wife Janice Jean Wood; and his siblings, Joyce Langdon and Gene Hinton.
He is survived by: his children, Denise, Mark Clark of Ithaca, MI, Robert, JoAnn Hinton of Farmington Hills, MI and Martin Hinton of Middleton, MI; and his sister-in-law Jane Allen of Maine.
