He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mills and Beulah Mills (Howe); his sons, Greg Mills and Russell Mills; his granddaughter Cicily Horgrow; his great grandchild Autumn Mills; and his siblings, Lyle Mills, Gordon Mills and Fern Schmid.
He is survived by: his wife Marilie Mills; his children, Noel Mills (Nancy), Mark Mills (Rhonda), Tom Mills (Brenda), Glenette Horgrow (David) and Catherine Coore (Hugh); his daughter-in-law Tanya Mills; and his siblings, Dorthann Teed (Ken) and Dewayne Mills (Lorraine). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
