She is survived by: her husband Eric James Laverty; her children, Heather M. Laverty (Jason Frantz) of Washington, DC and Kevin P. Laverty (Ashley) of Napoleon Twp; and her grandsons, Lynken, Bayne and Bekytt.

Contributions in her memory are directed to the American Cancer Society.
