He was predeceased by: his father Herbert "Bo" Jones; and his stepfather William "Bill" Dennis. He is survived by: his sons, Johnathan Jones (Ashley) and Ricky Jones Jr.; his granddaughter Tiarah Jones; his stepsons, E. J. and Frank D'Ambroseo; his mother Gladys Dennis; and his siblings, Rex Jones (Cindi), Rocky Jones (Patty), Renda Boomer (Dale) and Rhonda Matthews (Dennis). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
