He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Overeiner and Florence Overeiner; and his brother Lewis Dale Overeiner. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his son Dennis; his stepchildren, Ron Marienfeld (Heather) and Stoni Hamlin; his stepgrandchildren, Max, Nick, Ella Marienfeld, Sidnie and Seth Richardson; and also, German Shepherds Gretchen and Gretl.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Henry Ford Hospice Home or Cascade Humane Society.
