She was predeceased by: her husband Martin D. Samon; her son Joseph Samon; her brothers, Richard and Bud Knoop; her siblings-in-law, Viniagene Samon, Mary Samon, John Samon, Jerry Samon and Wilson Craw; and her parents, Arthur A. Knoop and Clarabel G. Knoop (Walters).
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Kerekes (Dave), Kelly McGauley (Joseph), Anthony J. Samon (Ann) and Teresa Kinch (Ron); her grandchildren, Sara Noppe, Ben Noppe (Creta), Jason McGauley (Traci), Joshua McGauley (Rosemary), Erin Hendricks (Ryan), Eric Samon (Sydney) and Kayla Ward (Ben); her friend Georgene Marr; and her siblings-in-law, Lila Craw, Beverly Samonand Pat Knoop and Bob Samon (Jeanne). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
