Jo Knechtges Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Knechtges (Michigan Center, Michigan), who passed away on May 18, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley and Nadine Betty; her husband Richard John "Rick" Knechtges; her children, Vicki Barto (Al), Kim Lowe (John Cochran) and Nicole Payne (Raymond); her grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Kilpatrick (Jason), Richard Barto (Kira), Brandy Ray Grove (Nathan), Eva Sunkle (Donny), Kayla Lowe (Tammy), Cherokee, Jordan, Shyanna and JonRay Payne; her brother John W. Bartholomew Jr. (Bev); her daughter Candace Lee Chatfield; her grandson Damian Koch; her great grandchild Alan Clifford Grove, Jr.; and her brother Daryl Bartholomew. She was also cherished by 22 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
