It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Duane Pickering (Michigan Center, Michigan), born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pickering and Eunice Pickering (Kimmel); his wife Lynda L. Pickering (Smith); and his siblings, Wanita Blair and Ronald Pickering (Angel).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Fasick (Kent), Pameula Clark (Chris), Sherry Pickering (Michael Churchill) and Ernest Pickering Jr.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
