He is survived by: his wife Martha; his son Jack Hackworth; his stepdaughters, Crystal Lamphere (Carl) and Stephanie Moore (Chris); his sister Sherry Clark (Jim); his former wife Maxine Gullett; his sisters, Loretta Lodise and Caroline Allen; and his daughter Kitty Ferragono. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
