He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles John and Rose; and his son Michael Kalmar. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn P.; his son David Kalmar; his stepson Bret Lehman; his grandchildren, Lane Lehman, Melanie Lehman and Alysia Bowman (Fred); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Emma Bowman; and his sisters, Rose Marie Tassoni (Dominic) and Jo Ann Sopata.
