He is survived by: his wife Jodi L. Smiley; his children, Kylee Dickinson (James), Jayde Gemalsky (Luke) and Carlo E. Harrison Smiley; his grandchildren, Caiden, Dolton, Couper, Autumn, Danny Mae, Skylyr, Dodge and Jayce; his parents, Charles H. Smiley Sr. and Catherine M. Smiley; and his siblings, Terrie Rowley (John), Toni Foster and Skip Smiley (Tina). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
