He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Hills and Marvel Hills (Annis); his grandfather Otis; his wife Bernetta; his sister Barbara; and his granddaughters, Barbara Shanes and Rachel Morris.

He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca; his siblings, John Hills (Bertha) and Lois Cure; and his close friend Cecilia Polka. He is also survived by two grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Michigan Center Bible Church.
