She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Welcher and Esther Welcher (Retz); her husband Herbert Murray; her stepfather James Robertson; her daughter Katherine Mroz; and her son-in-law Chuck Ricketts.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Olson (Paul) of Michigamme, Victoria Ricketts of Ishpeming, Gordon Murray (Sherry) of Diorite and Guy Murray (Diane) of Diorite; and her brother Harold "Bud" Welcher of Westland, MI. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.
