She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Clement and Martha Clement (Aho); her parents-in-law, Joseph and Josephine Swiedals; and her brother Kenneth Clement.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Swiedals; her sons, Rod Swiedals (Sandy) of Michigamme and Dan Swiedals (Lisa) of Michigamme; her grandchildren, Danielle Mattson (Dylan) and Kyle Swiedals; her great grandchild Beau Mattson; and her sister-in-law Kathy Vogel.
