He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary J. Perry (VanDeusen) and Arthur "Jack" Perry; and his sister Clarice Porter. He is survived by: his friends, Butch Wiljanen, Bruce Perry and Kim Perry; his children, Cheryl Turausky (Steven) of Marquette, Lisa Bowers (Rusty) of Marquette and John Perry (Gina Stueber) of Green Bay, WI; his grandchildren, Philip Turausky, Faith Turausky, Victoria Turausky, Joseph Bowers, Jack Bowers, Jessica Bowers, Zack Perry, Jamie Perry and Collin Perry; his great grandchild Samuel Perry; and his former wife Dawn Perry of Michigamme. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
