He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Forgione and Mary Forgione (Curtis); and his brothers, Mike, Ray, Bob and Frank Forgione.
He is survived by: his wife Bette J. Wilkison; his children, Nicole D'Arca (Andrew), Natalie Forgione, Kim Walker, William Forgione Jr. (Billy), Raymond Forgione (Sue), Susan Forgione and Karen Mandrink; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Robert, Shayla, Lacey, Terry, Kristin, Lindsay, Chelsea, Dylan and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Ciara, Austyn, Blake, Walker, Annabelle, Tommy, Lillie and Hudson.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private funeral service is scheduled.
Memorial contributions are suggested in lieu of flowers to the family.
