He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Siudara and Alex Siudara. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Siudara of Metamora; and his siblings, Jerome "Jerry" Siudara (Lisa) of Cheyboygan, Leonard "Bud" Siudara (Susan) of Troy, Thomas Siudara (Patricia) of Sterling Heights, James Siudara (Cynthia) of Dryden and Maribeth Gilliam of Holly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 2 great-nieces and 1 great nephew.
