She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorman Thomas and Myra Thomas (Sanderson); her husband David Pierce; her daughter-in-law Bonita Pierce; and her brother Earl Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, David "Tom" Pierce (Brenda) of Florida, Kathy Vermander (Ken) of Metamora, Deborah Porritt (Melvin) of Florida, Steven Pierce of Arizona and Richard Pierce of Ohio; and her siblings, Ruth Anne Stormont (David) of Northville and David Thomas (LuAnn) of North Branch. She is also survived by 54 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
