He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Spivy and Gloretta Spivy (Little); and his siblings, Robert Spivy and Levicia Spivy. He is survived by: his close friends, Tom and Trisha LeValley; his wife Vicki Spivy; his son Jamie Spivy (Drita) of Attica; his sister Debra Spivy; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Spivy. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, cousins and many beloved extended family.
