He was predeceased by: his former wives, Hilda Watts and Ruby Watts; his parents, Troy Watts and Isabelle Watts; his brothers, Buford Watts and Jennings Watts; his son-in-law Joe Balabon; and his brother-in-law Vernor Bates.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Watts, Pamela Brandeberry (Scott), Charlene Balabon and Terre Wilcox (Norm); his grandchildren, Christopher Watts, Emily Jordan, Jeremy Balabon, Cara Britt, Kyle St, Justin St, Matthew Wilcox and Mark Wilcox; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Chloe, Sam, Jonathan, Julia, Jack, Jillian, Jamie, Emery and Kellen; and his sisters, Lassie Patton and Layne Bates. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to either the Suncrest Auxiliary or Metamora-Hadley Masonic Lodge No. 210 are appreciated.
