He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard and Victoria Richard (Michlash); and his siblings, Cass, Clem, Ray, Anthony, Leonard, Gertrude, Sally and Bertha.

He is survived by: his wife Vera Richard; his children, Cheryl Morris (Thomas), Connie Pacioni and Daniel Richard; his grandchildren, Carly (Jon), Chris (Crystal), Chloe, Cara and Joe; his great grandchildren, Noam, Jackson and Emmie; and his sister Josephine Delicato.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Methodist Church, Lapeer.
