He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Wright and Verna Wright (Bowler); his wife Georgann Seifferlein; his son John Wright of Roseville; his siblings, James Wright (Sue), Carol Ballard (Ron) of Fenton and Dave Wright (Kim) of Riley Township; and his nephew Ian Wright.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
