He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan "Baby" Phelps; his parents, Howard Phelps and Jean Phelps; his children, Melanie Albrecht (Joshua) and Mitchell Phelps (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jenna, Mya, Julie and Matthew Albrecht; his siblings, Joe Phelps (Lori), Mike Phelps and Ardean Cheryl Phelps; and his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Jacob, Michael and Alexis Phelps.
