He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Anne Clark Smith and Levi Keefer Clark; and his daughter Kathryn Lynn Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Clark; his son-in-law David Knapp; and his siblings, Daniel Smith, Patrick Smith (Linda), Maureen Chandler (Brian) and Sarah Smith (Smitty). He is also survived by children: four natural and the honor of adopting as his own: Loralynn Ann (Tony) Maresh, Lorie (Rusty) Bonner, Gregory (Lisa) Clark and Thomas (Lisa) Clark; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
