He is survived by: his daughter Carmela Phelps (Jeff) of North Branch; his fiancée Cheryl Brady of Swartz Creek; his grandchildren, Eddie Phelps (Nellie) of Saginaw and Natalie Phelps (Drew) of Auburn Hills; his siblings, John Siciliano (Elena) and Concetta Cairo (Michael); and his sisters-in-law, Paula Siciliano and Frances Siciliano.
