He is survived by: his parents, Michael McCormack and Karen McCormack (Coon); his daughters, Kaley Ross (Jared) of Ortonville, Hope McCormack of Waterford and Emmalee McCormack of Metamora; his grandchildren, Ivy, Aria and Eden; his siblings, Michele Weise (Dennis), Jennifer Cary (Chris) of Dover Foxcroft, ME and Jeremy McCormack (Jen) of Dover Foxcroft, ME.; and his friend Julie McCormack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
