He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Kunkel. He is survived by: his parent Helen Kunkel; his stepmother Betty Kunkel; his wife Winnifred Kunkel of Mesick; his siblings, Jack Kunkel of Marquette, Aneita Grams of Manton, Mary Dean (Brad) of Detroit and Charlene Reddy (Lyle) of Arizona; and his sons, Robin Kunkel (Gail) of Manton and Brian Kunkel (Jamie) of Lake City. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
