Jay Elkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Elkins of Merritt, Michigan, born in Myra, Kentucky, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Elkins and Mabel Elkins (Newsom); his wife Patsy Ann Collier; and his son Jay Allen Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Steelman (Richard) of Trenton, Kathy Kaczor (Steve) of Lake City, Karen Hunt (Carl) of Merritt and David Elkins (Crystal) of Titusville, FL. He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
