He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Joshua VanDuinen (Carissa), Shawn VanDuinen, Emily Savage (Seth Meeuwenberg), Kristen Fiorello, Casey Sienkiewich (Zach), Amanda Leeuw (Shawn), Jacob VanDuinen (Amber), Nicole Niles (Anthony) and Wyatt VanDuinen; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kevin Spoelman, Alexis Savage, Connyr Mosher, Ace Shepard, Sawyer, Grayson, Zendaya Meeuwenberg, Janessa Nock, Bryson, Autumn Sienkiewich, Alaric, Everly Leeuw, Wyatt Kitson, Parker Gingrich and Juliet VanDuinen; and his siblings, John VanDuinen (Penny), Frieda Dorland (Jeff), Wayne VanDuinen (Lisa), Gene VanDuinen (Julie), Robert Phetteplace (Vicki), Ronald Phetteplace (Karri), Cheryl Strickland (John) and Nancy Phetteplace.
