She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Morford and Violet Morford (Allen); her husband Mel; her son Rick Millstead; her grandchildren, Jonathon and Brenda; and her great grandchildren, Kristi and Amanda.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Borinstein (Dennis), Steve Millstead (Brenda) of Cadillac, Dana Millstead (Monica) of Evart, Rhonda Curtis (Jim) of Lake City, Melvin Haveman, Jr. (Trish) of Merritt, Ann Haveman of Falmouth, Lisa Vanbuskirk of Merritt and Neil Haveman of Merritt. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
