He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foy and Anna Mae Foy (Kalahar); his great grandchild Julia Mullen; his brothers, Harold Foy, James Foye and Donald Foye; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Wardin, Donald Cates, Kenneth Michael, William Michael, Lloyd Brown, Joseph Sampson, Charles Erway, Lois Foy, Mary Jean Foye, Virginia Michael, Rhea Erway, Lucille Sampson, Grace Brown, Francis Michael and Veronica Breasbois.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Michael; his great grandchildren, Grace, Natalie, Paige Mullen, Peyton, Michael Thomas Foy III, Gabe, Bryce, Jack Crowl, Jada, Jenna Miles, Gwen and Gavyn Garno; his siblings, Louise Wardin, Shirley Cates and Duane Foye (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Michael (Mary Jane) and Jackie Foye.
