She is survived by: her parents, Gerald Mallery and Wanda Mallery; her adoptive son Jacob Fleming; her daughters, Emily Hoyt, Kenneth Hoyt and Sarah Fleming; her grandsons, James Hoyt and Luke Hoyt; her sister Cathy Naessens; and her brother-in-law Fred Naessens.
In lieu of flowers, Tammy's family requests donations be made to the Merrill Youth Football program and Merrill Little League Baseball.
