She was predeceased by: her father Felix Ramirez. She is survived by: her mother Rosalva Ramirez (Valladares); her husband Charles Pavlik Jr.; her sons, Jonathan Pavlik (Theresa) and Stephen Pavlik (Melissa); her grandchildren, Lorelai, Evelyn and Liam; and her brothers, Anthony and David Ramirez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
