She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Earick and Burt Conklin; her brothers, Henry Conklin, Bruce Conklin and Arnold Conklin; and her grandsons, P. J. Lapinski and Ezekiel Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Juan Hernandez (Lenette), Lisa Kehoe (Rich), Arturo Hernandez, Santos Hernandez, Roberto Hernandez and Falicia Starks (Nick). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
