He was predeceased by: his parent Gordon Slick. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Slick; and his siblings, Randy Slick (Penny), Ronald Slick, Aaron Slick (Heather), Louann Rohn (Tim) and Christine Eurich (Gerald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
