Strong; his sister Pamela Hales (Aaron); his half-siblings, Bryan Welke (Evette) and Tammy Perkins; and his nieces and nephews, Sammie, Katie (Andrew Hales), Tonia (Steven Welke), Stephanie and Derek (Daniel Perkins). He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dearly treasured friends & co-workers.
