He is survived by: his wife Sue (Deschaine); his daughters, Jennifer Bolen of Kaukauna, Wis and Lisa Gwitt (Nick) of Menominee, Mich; his grandchildren, Vincent Wilson, Dylan Gwitt and Jerika Bolen; and his siblings, Cherie Matthiesen (Chris), Pat Bolen (Jean) and Joe Bolen.
